I’m on the waitlist, what does that mean?

Our waitlist does not operate on a first come, first served basis. In order to maintain effective groups, we match clients according to age, strengths and challenges, and availability. This process requires us to search through the waitlist and review each relevant candidate to find the most appropriate match based on these criteria. Some applicants may spend very little time waiting for a placement. Others may need to wait longer in order for us to find a good match.
